The
Temecula Valley Time Machine is a USA Track & Field (USATF)
Youth Track & Field / Cross Country Club. Members consist of
athletes ages 7 to 14 from the Southwest Riverside, California
area.
We
compete in the USATF Southern California Association. The
Southern California Association includes clubs from
Inyo, Mono, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange, San
Bernardino, and Riverside counties.
The Southern California Association is in Region 15 which also
includes the Hawaii, Nevada, and San Diego Associations.
Dan Van Hise
is the Time Machine president.
Jeff Testerman is Vice President.
Time
Machine participates in both Cross Country and Track & Field
seasons.
The
Track & Field season runs approximately from March to June.
Association and Regional Championships are generall y
conducted in June. Those that qualify may compete in the USATF
National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships in late
July.
Cross Country meets are in October and November. The
Association and Regional Championships are generally in late
November. The USATF National Junior Olympic Cross Country
Championships are in December.
Signups for Cross Country generally start in June and for Track
& Field in November. Check the web site around those times
for more information.
Fees
are $200 for first time athletes. This fee includes the full
uniform including warm-ups. Fees for subsequent seasons are
$100. |
